  • 1 cup banana blossom (mocha), finely chopped and boiled
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds paste
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Banana leaves (for wrapping)

Method:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, mix the boiled mocha with mustard paste, grated coconut, mustard oil, turmeric, green chili, and salt.
  2. Wrap in Banana Leaves: Take a banana leaf, place a portion of the mixture in the center, and fold it like a parcel. Secure with a thread or toothpick.
  3. Steam or Pan-Cook: Heat a pan, place the wrapped parcels, and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  4. Serve Hot: Once done, unwrap and enjoy with steamed rice!
